At MUSHROOO , we aim to provide high-quality coffee to our customers. However, we understand that there may be circumstances under which you need to return a product or request a refund. Please note, MUSHROOO does not ordinarily offer refunds or exchanges for products if you change your mind. However, at our discretion, we may choose to offer a refund or exchange in exceptional circumstances. This is not an obligation but a courtesy we may extend.

 

## Consumer Guarantees

 

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

## Shipping Costs for Returns

 

If a product is determined to be faulty or not as described, MUSHROOO will cover any shipping costs associated with returning the product. If the return is due to a change of mind (and accepted at our discretion), the customer may be required to cover the cost of returning the product.
